a linux client for wallabag. can use the same libraries as feedreader / newsflash (though I don't know the languages those are built in)
instead of having to go to the website which sucks... use for tagging primarily?
We can hit the api to grab the articles themselves, and store them in plain text files, feed them into a command line reader / parser (which must support annotations!), and voila, you basically have an app.
