It wasn't that she was a stupid person, but rather an intelligent person that surronded herself with so much stupidity that sometimes it became difficult to tell the difference. Involved only in ephimemiral matters of celebrity-pop culture, she spoke with dignity on topics devoid of value, those which cannot be said to have had any significance outside of the fleeting moment she would not remember soon. It was not pity or greif with which my breast swelled, but with bewilderment. Shock as to how something so simple as ignorance was the key to her happiness.
