Things needed to bring Kitaab online

Features

• tags not being rendered
• what to link for corrupted pages
• title & date parsing on most pages
• somehow writing index.wiki to be the file kitaab.html
• turning it into a click module so that we can stage the entire pipeline (grab, censor & build)

Bugs

• 'itaab' at top of page, doesn't link correctly
• pages from first.html aren't all copied into the raw directory
• date not being parsed on index pages
• index pages not doing name_of_site, page_navigation, page_tags
