Being a fairly clumsy person (which I now think links to my ADHD) I find new and exciting ways to fuck up my computers all the time. Losing them hurts, and having to reconfigure something I'd already configured is salt in the wound. I've had to do that enough times that I don't want to spend any more time doing that. I want clumsy, drunk, idiot proof configuration. If I were dropped a computer running linux, I want it back to being 'mine' in less than an hour. If I accidentally nuke a server, I should be able to recreate it to last backup in a moment.
