- sequencing the whole performance to a metronome
- recording a live session and trying to keep it interesting
For the most part I took some oscillotrs from the examples, turned them into basic instruments with an envelope, converted midi notes (inbuilt) to hz which is what the instruments need and then sequenced everything with a metronome and changing around beats.
I'd like to learn how to chain fx together so even with simple sounds I can create complex wave forms. I'm also currently not using any synthesis techniques, raw oscillators with an envelope thrown on top. Perhaps after I learn about fx chains I can start learning about defsynth and definst
