Things to do before you go:

  • AirBnB / Couch surfing
  • Sign up to Money Exchange service (OFX, Currency Fair)

Things you should do ASAP:

  • Sim
  • Bank account
  • SIN (Social Insurance Number)
  • BCID (British Columbia ID)

Other things:

  • Moving day is on the 1st or 15th, plan your stay accordingly
  • You still gotta do taxes, bruz
