Birdsite[#]_ just closed public access to all of it's information. Since I never had an account there, now I'm no longer able to read any tweets. Personally, this doesn't matter to me so much. I lose 50 odd feeds of people I personally chose to follow. most of them were artists some of them were tech people, but the people themselves were not the point. but in said what I'd like to point out here is the enshittification continues.
so let's be clear, walled gardens do not make the public internet.
