Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10g yeast
  • 400ml water (80% hydration)
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients together add the oil add the water slowly while kneading or using a stand mixer keep kneading until the dough comes together (probably like 10 minutes in a stand mixer) you can windowpane test to see if its good let it rest, 1 hour give it some clare saffitz turns every 30 minutes for 3 hours let it proof in a proofing basket bake! 30 - 40 minutes in a crock pot with lid, 10 - 20 minutes without remove and let rest for 10 minutes
