Ingredients

300g Flour 150g water (50% Hydration) About a table spoon of oil A pinch of salt

Instructions

Mix all the drys together to consisttency Add the water and oil Mix until a strong dough forms Chill for 30 minutes Cut into smaller pieces Flatten out Cut into shape Cook in boiling salted water for ~3 minute
