- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp linseed
- 1 banana, thinly sliced
- a handful of crushed nuts (I tend to enjoy walnuts)
- a handful of raisins
- jam
- peanut butter
- frozen berries
soy milk to cover
mix vigorously
- leave in fridge overnight for up to 5 days
