Overnight Oats

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp linseed
  • 1 banana, thinly sliced
  • a handful of crushed nuts (I tend to enjoy walnuts)
  • a handful of raisins
  • jam
  • peanut butter
  • frozen berries
  • soy milk to cover

  • mix vigorously

  • leave in fridge overnight for up to 5 days
