Normally me and my friends to GMM (God Mode May, which may be somewhere in this Kitaab). The goal is the same as always, only the month has changed: Bulid good habits for a month to better align with the outcomes you want to see in your own life. You can try to set positive habits or break bad ones, but try to set ambitious goals and strive to meet them. Go above and beyond and try your best for this one month.

Mad Mode March

  • Meditate
  • Ride to work
  • Exercise (7 Minute Scientific Workout & 7 Minute Ab Challenge)
  • Creative work
  • At least 2 big ticket items from task warrior (you know what counts)
  • No eating out or uber eats unless social
  • No Alchohol
  • No Porn
